Our guide Silvia has a degree in Mosaic Art from the Academy of Fine Arts in Ravenna so is the perfect person to take us to a mosaic workshop in the heart of Ravenna, where we will follow the whole process of creating a traditional mosaic. We will learn how mosaic making has changed over the centuries and see the differences between making floor and wall mosaics.
