Lars Tharp’s day will open with “Harlots, Rakes and Crashing China” linking the life and works of William Hogarth to the wider world of ceramics. This leads him to the moving story of the creation of Coram’s Foundling Hospital which involved duchesses. Then, he surges onward to “the importance of living up to one’s teapot,”  lessons from the Antiques Road Show.
